Greenmount was a listed Victorian school located in Ryde on the Isle of Wight

This was converted into a mixture of houses and flats , whilst preserving the architectural integrity of the site.

The gym block was converted , in association with a local housing association, into units to house people with special needs.

The project is now fully sold.
