A development of 4 detached houses , overlooking Wootton Creek on the isle of wight 

The houses were designed with floor to ceiling glass fronted living rooms , together with full width balconies , on the top floor to take advantage of the stunning views across the creek and up to the coast. The customers also had the option to acquire boat moorings on the river , giving them added utility. 

The unusual up side down design of the units and their nautical motifs lead to them being nominated for a number of architects awards
