Winscott Farm is a development of a farm yard, containing a listed farm house, within an area of outstanding natural beauty. The site stands alone with unrestricted view across the countryside, just outside the village of Solebury which is 12 mins by car from central Milton Keynes. 

It will consist of 6 units , 3 new build and 3 conversions. 5 are barn conversation in style, around  courtyard ,a thatched farm house completing the site. Work will commence in 2024 with a view to reaching completion in 2026.
